Have you noticed that quilters (including us) seem to fall into the group that might be called "not thin". This is not true of all of us but I don't have to look too far (behind) to see what sitting behind (or in front) of a sewing machine for hours on end does to your figure. Shop hops and going to quilt stores to increase your stash does not qualify as exercise either. Of course you might call carrying all the packages of fabric, books, and quilting gadgets some sort of exercise but you only have to look around if you are like some of us to find out it isn't. This all leads up to another product we sell (and use) that is a wonderful way to loose weight, save money, and give you more time for the really important thing in life---Quilting. If you have been thinking about this and want to make a change in your life then follow the link on this page to Cambridge Diet. I won't have to sell you much if you follow the link to our name (Gloria and Rich Mendonca - Riverbank) you can find out all you want to know and some things you may not want to know about dieting and this is one that REALLY WORKS. |
